Justin Bieber went to Germany and his pet monkey was confiscated because he did not have the right papers for the little furry friend, so they kept the monkey in Germany until Justin showed them these so called papers.

Manga: One Piece Hiatus For Authors Serious Illness For A Long 2 Weeks
This isn’t the first hiatus that the popular manga One Piece by Eiichiro Oda has taken off, back in March he did the exact same thing except it was only called sudden illness but it seems like today it was announced that he actually has a tonsil infection; so One Piece will be on hiatus for two weeks.
