1993: I really wish I would have had the opportunity to play this as a kid because I am sure I would have loved it even more than I do now. For those that do not know Super Back To The Future 2 is a game that was only released in Japan.
The game manages to tell the story of the second movie really well. Of course a few liberties are taken here and there, but for the most part the game is really a great adaptation of the movie. I love the way the characters have been designed. The music was also great. For me the Super Nintendo was without a doubt the best console of this era when it came to music.
Back when I was a kid the only Back to the Future game I had really played was Back to the Future 3 on the Sega Mega Drive and there are not enough swear words for how much I hated that game. It is such a shame that really that was the only 16-bit console Back to the Future game we would get.
Super Back to the Future 2 is not only a great looking and sounding game it is also really fun to play. You of course play as Marty who is on his hoverboard. You go through the various levels taking down bad guys by jumping on there heads. It is a very simple game to play, but is is also a damn fun one. Until the recently released Back to the Future games on the current consoles this by a mile was the best game we had.
