If you have been watching The Walking Dead as long as I have, then you know that nobody and nothing lasts forever, which by the way, includes people in front and behind the camera. The latest casualty of TWD is show-runner Glen Mazzara who will be leaving the show at the end of season three. I love this guy for his brilliant talent that he has brought to the AMC hit show, but now I love him even more for leaving with his head held up high and admitting that he is a fan of the show and will continue to stay tuned even when he moves on to other projects.
In a recent interview with ArtsBeat, Mazzara revealed that he is excited about the show returning this Sunday and he actually sometimes feels like Santa Claus with a whole bag of surprises that everyone else can’t wait to find out what they are. The famous writer and producer refused to say anything negative about the show; past, present or future and you can’t help but admire him for that. I for one am going to miss what he has brought to the show, but I am also excited to see where we go from here.
Looking head, Glen Mazzara is bursting with talent and the best part of his departure, is looking forward to wear he aims his talents next.
